Community Animal Treatment Center (CATC) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit spay and neuter clinic dedicated to reducing pet overpopulation and improving animal welfare across Los Angeles County.
 
Specializing in high quality, high volume spay and neuter surgeries for both owned pets and community cats, CATC provides affordable, compassionate care where it is needed most. By increasing access to essential veterinary services, CATC is building a more humane county for animals, one surgery at a time.
