Jacaranda Rising is dedicated to empowering at-risk transition-age adults (18-24) in Los Angeles County by providing them with the tools necessary to thrive independently.
 
We achieve this through a collaborative approach that combines life skills training with compassionate support in a welcoming and encouraging environment.
