Mary Tully founded Tully’s Training in Los Angeles in 2013, inspired by her work with animals in zoos and aquariums, where she discovered the power of positive reinforcement. She was determined to shift the dog training world away from outdated, punitive methods toward a kinder, science-backed approach.
 
Today, Tully’s Training has grown into a collective of top trainers from diverse backgrounds, including service dog work, agility, and shelter training with 14 certifications and counting. We are united by our passion for positive reinforcement, teamwork, and a focus on joyful, play-based learning that strengthens the bond between dogs and their owners.
